If you have recieved an invitation letter from the Branch, you are invited to register for the 2021 virtual annual general meeting as outlined below.
Please note that this is strictly an invitation only event and due to the coronavirus pandemic, RSPCA Bury and Oldham District Branch has had to delay its AGM this year until the 24th February 2021.
In the interests of safety and to comply with National Lockdown rules, the branch trustees have taken the decision to hold a virtual AGM.
The Branch rules have recently been modified to allow for general meetings to be virtual provided all participants can see and hear one another.
Registration is open to paid RSPCA members only.
Only branch members are entitled to attend, propose resolutions, speak, vote, and be counted in the quorum at the meeting are those whose names were entered in the list of paid branch members more than three months before the date of the meeting.

Registrations MUST be made by 10th February.
Once you confirm your attendance, you will be sent an email invitation from the branch with further information, including a link to join the AGM along with instructions on how to join and guidance on the process for voting. If you have not received this email by 21st February 2021 please check the junk folder in your email account before contacting us.
